Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CDNZero services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using CDNZero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

CDNZero provides content delivery network services including but not limited to: global content caching and distribution, asset storage, SSL certificate management, DDoS protection, real-time analytics, and API access for programmatic content management. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CDNZero to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or any material that violates applicable law
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or attempt to disrupt the service for other users
  • Store or distribute content that exploits minors in any way
  • Resell or redistribute CDNZero services without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies. Where possible, we will provide notice before suspension.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal
  • Overages beyond your plan limits are billed at the published overage rates
  • Failed payments may result in service degradation or suspension after a 7-day grace period

6. Service Level Agreement

CDNZero provides a 99.99% uptime SLA for Pro and Enterprise plans. If we fail to meet this commitment in any calendar month, affected customers are eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation. The Free plan does not include an uptime guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to CDNZero, you grant us a limited license to cache, transform (e.g., compression, format conversion), and distribute that content as necessary to provide the service. CDNZero retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, and documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CDNZero's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CDNZero in the 12 months preceding the claim. CDNZero is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your content will remain accessible for 30 days to allow migration. After this period, cached content is purged from all edge locations and stored files are permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of CDNZero after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
